神凤殿，神凤文化景区核心圣地。殿台中央尊奉中华古凤神祇，庄严神圣，供游人观瞻祭拜，以弘其和美祥瑞，见者安宁。
Divine Phoenix Hall is the holy core in the Scenic Areas of Divine Phoenix Culture. In the center of the hall there is worshipped the Divine Altar of the Ancient Chinese Phoenix. Grave and sacred, it is set for visitors’ worship to advocate its harmony and auspices that bring peace to visitors.
殿门楹联“凤凰鸣矣，于彼高冈”，“梧桐生矣，于彼朝阳”出自《诗经.卷阿》。
At the entrance of the hall is a couplet that says “The whistling phoenix is heard over great mountains” and “The robustly growing phoenix tree is shrouded in the glory of the rising sun”(quoted from “Chapter A in the Book of Songs”).
殿侧巍立18根楠木图腾柱，立言凤凰18神性：尚和、集美、兆瑞、达天、朝阳、司风、秉德、膺义、负礼、载仁、蹈信、向智、崇高、好洁、自新、喻情、比才、成王。
The hall is flanked by 18 spectacular totem pillar made of nanmu, which claims 18 divine characters of the phoenix: harmonious, beautiful, auspicious, divine, vigorous, edifying, virtuous, righteous, courteous, benevolent, faithful, wise, lofty, clean, self-renewing, sentimental, talented and charismatic.
创世史诗《山海经》载其渊源：“丹穴之山有鸟焉，其状如鸡，五彩而文，名曰凤皇。首文曰德，翼文曰义，背文曰礼，膺文曰仁，腹文曰信。是鸟也，饮食自然，自歌自舞，见则天下安宁”。
“ In Mt. Danxue, there lives a chicken-shaped bird ,known as phoenix whose feather is in five colors. The colored pattern on its head stands for virtue, its wings for righteousness, its back for rites, its chest for benevolence and its abdomen for faithfulness. This bird eats when necessary , sings and dance for itself and brings all-prevailing peace to the world .”originally noted in the epic poem “The Classic of Mountains and Seas”.
据此，神凤殿再现“和美凤凰”大型主题演出及“见则天下安宁”凤图腾主题朝拜仪式，演绎了凤凰神鸟尊贵、崇高、贤德之传说；展示了神凤文化和谐、美好、吉祥之精髓；凸显了凤凰文化对华夏民族的深远影响。
On this basis there reenact in the Hall of the Divine Phoenix the large-scaled show with the theme of “Harmonious Phoenix” and the worship ceremony with the theme of the phoenix totem “bringing the all-prevailing peace to the world” .These activities portray phoenix---the Divine Bird’ s reverence, integrity and virtues in legends; showcase the essence of harmony, consummation and auspice in the divine phoenix culture; and demonstrate the profound influence of the divine phoenix culture on the Chinese nation.
