“有凤来仪”的典故出自《尚书》：“箫韶九成，凤皇来仪”。“凤皇来仪”被视为吉祥的征兆和祥瑞的感应。

The reference “Phoenix Brings luck” comes from “Phoenix will dance to beautiful songs” in Shang Shu. “Phoenix brings luck” is regarded as a sign of prosperity and good luck.  

“有凤来仪”是以美好而又不同凡俗之礼仪，敞迎八方来客。

“Phoenix brings luck” means welcoming guests from all directions by good and uncommon courtesy.
